For PPO’s, pay up-front and you can apply for PPO reimbursement
Examples of Medicare Advantage plans include any powered by a private company such as Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Capital District, Emblem, Excellus, Fidelis Care, Healthfirst, Humana, MetroPlus, MVP Healthplan, WellCare
DPC membership if:
- You are not Medicare eligible
- You only have Medicare Part A only (and do not have Medicare Part B)
